Below are some of the most asked questions from our customers. If your question is not answered here, please don't hesitate to ask us.

Do your t-shirt shrink?
If the garment is 100% cotton, you can expect about 10% shrinkage after washing. The polyester blend garments should not shrink. We are converting our shirts from Gildan Ultra Cotton (6 oz 100% cotton) to Gildan Softstyle (4 oz ring spun cotton/poly blend shirt). See size chart:

I like the design but don’t like the color of the shirt and/or logo, can I order a different color? The color(s) listed is/are the only color(s) available. Because of the vast collection of designs, it would interrupt normal business flow with custom orders. But from time to time, the color options are updated during scheduled reprints. If the design is in “prototype” stage and has yet to be printed for inventory, then placing a custom order for multiple garment colors is possible. Ordering multiple logo colors is not.

What are the care instructions for your t-shirts?
In order to protect the longevity of the screen printed designs, wash garment in cold water and turn the garment inside out.

Wholesale Questions

If I am a current retailer and I have a customer that comes in to request a size I don’t carry, do you have a “Drop Ship” program? Not at this time. A program may be rolled out in the near future.

How is the merchandise packaged?
Your entire order will be shipped to you without any packaging or labels. You have the flexibility of displaying and/or labeling the merchandise any way you wish.

What is your turnaround time for orders?
As long as your order is inventoried, expect 3-4 days for shipping once your payment has been processed and we have received your reseller’s license.
